Return & Refund Policy – Smart Flow Bottle

At SmartFlowBottle, our mission is simple:

We stand behind the quality of our self-cleaning UV-C hydration bottles and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, SmartFlowBottle products must not show signs of use, water exposure, or damage caused by handling.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and sanitation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used hydration bottles
  • Opened or used sanitation components
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Smart Flow Bottle arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not functioning properly

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Please do not send items back without receiving return approval first.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

8. Exchanges

We replace products only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and replacement processing.

9. Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may not qualify for refunds unless they are defective.

10. Gifts

If your SmartFlowBottle was purchased as a gift:

  • If marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit after the returned item is approved.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

11. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using:

  • Trackable shipping service
  • Shipping insurance

SmartFlowBottle cannot guarantee responsibility for lost return shipments.

12. Safety & Hygiene Notice (Important)

Because SmartFlowBottle products are designed for drinking water sanitation:

Returned products must meet strict hygiene standards. Products that have been filled with liquid, used for drinking, or show sanitation contamination cannot be accepted.

13. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SmartFlowBottle is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
